The casino at Horseshoe Baltimore Maryland Casino will remain open, but all dining establishments in the building, as well as the entire city, are closed. The casino also will be restricted to 25 percent capacity – down from the previous 50 percent. Questioned why casinos were allowed to remain open while restaurant dining was halted, newly sworn-in Mayor Brandon Scott said suspending food and drink service for gamblers should eliminate reasons for them to remove their masks. Part of his first executive order, Scott’s tightened restrictions also include capacity limits of 25 percent for retail and religious institutions, gyms, malls and museums. While outdoor as well as indoor dining is shut down, restaurants still will be able to offer carryout, drive-thru and delivery service. In the casino water will be provided for medical purposes only, but guests are permitted to bring in their own non-alcoholic bottled beverages. The closings and other restrictions do not have an end date.
Stop at the Horseshoe Baltimore’s Caesars Rewards Experience Center to print an official Baltimore Ravens players card. The fully-automated Center is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Located on the second floor of the casino, it's the prototype for similar Experience Centers to be installed at other Caesars Rewards casinos. It replaces the former Caesars Rewards Center.
The Horseshoe casino has started locking players from their Diamond rewards accounts stating that their computer algorithms show my account is not profitable to them even though I just achieved Diamond plus status. They state I just come in and collect the free gifts and free slot play.
